For more than 45 years, Carol A. Peters, Esq. has represented diverse clients throughout Los Angeles County in civil and probate Court matters. An elder law attorney in Pasadena, California, with more than 11 years of prior experience making welfare eligibility benefit determinations at DPSS/Dept of Public Social Services for Medi-Cal (California’s Medic-Aid program) and other public assistance cases, she serves as a counselor at law (providing confidential advice 1:1) or as a representative (i.e., “mouthpiece” to third parties and the Court).
