“HANDBOOK FOR CONSERVATORS” (FREE) can be viewed at and downloaded from:
http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/selfhelp/seniors/handbook.htm
which can be helpful in identifying the duties and obligations of each kind of Conservator.
The Conservator is Court-supervised ~ so seeing those duties here (esp in Ch 4 and 5) may result in better planning for ‘staffing’ the positions for the AHCD Agent and/or POA Agent and/or the Trustee position, each of which is NOT before the Court.
Each of these positions is A JOB with duties, obligations and record-keeping.
